Shipping Policy

Shipping:

Free shipping nationwide. 

We offer free shipping across New Zealand, with a general delivery time of 1-5 days nationwide.

International Shipping:

We ship anywhere in the world.

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 6 – 20 days. Now and then, an item may be abnormally delayed. We will update you on your package and its movements during this event.

Please note that we are unable to refund delayed parcels in any event. If the item does not show up/is considered lost, you will be entitled to a full refund. However, we expect the parcel to arrive soon. 

Tracking:

Our parcels come with tracking, so you will always know where it is. 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

When will my order be sent:

We pick and pack quickly, aiming for 2-48 hour dispatch on all orders.

Order change requests:

All orders are considered final. If you request to change after placing your order, we will do our best to alter it. However, this can not be guaranteed.

For this reason, we strongly encourage you to order the correct items before paying for your order and ensuring your details are correct.

If the parcel is misdelivered due to a customer error, contact must be made with the courier to redirect the parcel. The customer will cover any extra fees involved with this.

If the customer issued an error parcel and returned it to our warehouse, we can provide a resend, with the cost of shipping and administration covered by the customer.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. Most items ship free unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Change of delivery address:

We are unable to make order changes after an order is placed.

Items out of stock:

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Delivery Time Exceeded & Delays:

Occasionally, couriers may suffer delays where your parcel is not delivered within the original delivery time. This is rare, but it can happen. By purchasing through us, you agree that your parcel may be delayed and acknowledge that a refund will not be issued for a delayed parcel.

In the event your parcel is delayed, please get in touch with the courier directly. Please also let us know as well.

Once you’ve contacted the courier, we will also open an investigation to resolve the issue. 

If your parcel is confirmed missing in transit by the courier, a full refund or free resend will be sent at our expense (subject to stock availability).

A refund or resend can only be provided once the courier confirms the parcel is lost in transit.

Parcels damaged in transit:

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service regarding the following steps before using/opening it. 

Address validity:

We will ship your order to the address you provided at checkout. This will include your phone number, which, as mentioned at checkout, is used by the couriers to contact you if there is an issue.

We will not further verify your address due to how many orders are processed at any given time. If the address you provide is incorrect and the item cannot be delivered, you, as the purchaser, will bear any costs of having this resent to you.

Incorrect addresses that the purchaser has provided will not be refunded, as we have fulfilled and shipped the order, as you requested, to the address you asked for. We cannot give another article or item for free if the address needs to be completed or corrected. However, we will help out where we can.

If the item cannot be delivered, and you deny the resend cost, passed on at cost price (e.g. No margin added), we can refund your order minus the shipping resend fee.

All purchases in our store agree to these terms – and this is the policy of almost every business. Please take care when entering your address to make sure everything runs smoothly.
