Dogs need a source of animal protein in their diets, and duck ranks as one of the best. Duck is a lean source of protein that is low in saturated fat — perfect for dogs on a diet. Duck also contains healthy polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, giving your pup more energy for your next outdoor adventure!

Duck is a complete protein and an excellent source of amino acids. Duck is especially high in lysine and leucine, which are great for lowering cholesterol and building healthy bones and muscles, as well as giving your dog’s coat a glossy shine.

As well as being an excellent source of amino acids, duck is also high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Duck is also rich in iron and provides dogs with a novel protein that is easy to digest making it a good alternative for pets who may be sensitive to common meats like chicken or beef.

Duck is higher in fat than chicken and other traditional proteins making it a great option for growing puppies or active working breeds.

I have noticed shinier coat and a lot of energy since I started feeding my golden retriever with your product ‘Duck and sweet potato’. Great product!

  2. Aria Carroll

This dog food is a god send! Our Frankie is the fussiest dog possibly on the planet and this is the first kibble style food that he will willingly eat. We used to have to trick him into eating his food by pretending to steal it, now he happily eats it – no tricks necessary. Thanks Honest for creating such a delicious dog food!
